Driving Permits & Insurance
The customer himself/herself shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the passport, visa, health regulations and driving permits of the visited countries and for observance of the respective traffic regulations. If the customer cannot participate in or must prematurely terminate the tour due to failure to meet these requirements, The Roadshow shall be exempt from any liability and shall not be obliged to refund payments to the customer.

Medical assistance:
Every participant must have healthcare cover abroad or private insurance . If not, you risk yourself of not having access to any medical assistance. The participant certifies and agrees that in the event of a medical evacuation, they are financially and legally responsible for any costs associated with that evacuation. The Roadshow accepts no liability for any type of medical assistance.

Travel Insurance
It is required to have a travel insurance covering accident and illness. The Roadshow will NOT cover any cost derivatives from any personal inquiries of the participant.

Refunds
No refunds will be provided for any reason for an unused portion of a trip once the trip begins, including if you leave a trip for any reason or have to be removed from a trip. The trip price is a package cost and refunds and credits are not available for services not used. There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, terrorism, civil strife, personal, family or medical emergencies or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Damage policy
The Roadshow will not charge for minor damage to motorcycles and equipment, in these cases (minor aesthetic damage and elements such as rocker arms, exhausts, bars, plastics, footrests, lights and the like). However, we reserve the right to charge for significant, persistent and/or intentional damages in the event that the client intentionally refuses to behave or to respect the indications provided by the guide.
